JB12 Foundation understands that rising costs have created financial obstacles for more and more kids wanting to participate in youth sports. Families and communities who lack the resources needed to pay for their child(ren)’s involvement in sports should use one of the forms found on this page to apply for financial assistance from JB12. Qualifying athletes, teams, schools, and organizations receive aid based on a first-come, first-served basis as funds are available. Your kid wants to play, and we want to help make sure they can by covering registration, equipment, uniform and other associated fees for rec leagues, travel sports, youth organizations, schools and more. I’M A SCHOOL ORGANIZATION >
Eligibility for Individual Athletes
Eligible recipients:
- Are under 18 years old
- Live in Delaware, Pennsylvania (Southern Chester County, Delaware County, Philadelphia), or Maryland (Cecil County, Baltimore, Kent County)
- Must commit to participation in one full season/all funded tournament(s) of their desired sport
- Must submit one application per athlete
Payment will be distributed directly to the sponsor via acceptable payment methods, including but not limited to check, credit card, electronic payment app. Appropriate identification may be requested.
An official receipt verifying appropriate use of funds is required. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide documentation to The JB12 Foundation. Please email documentation along with original receipts to JB12Foundation@gmail.com.

Nominating an Athlete / TEAM
If you know a deserving young athlete or team struggling with the financials associated with playing sports (fees, equipment, uniforms, etc.), you can apply for them and recommend they receive aid from JB12 Foundation. You will need the following information to apply:
- Appropriate contact details for athlete: Name, email/phone number, address, age
- Appropriate contact details for Team Coach/Manager: Name, email, phone number
- Sport(s) they intend to play
- Total cost of aid needed
- When the season or tournament starts
Payment will be distributed directly to the sponsor or agency/organization via acceptable payment methods, including but not limited to check, credit card, electronic payment app. Appropriate identification may be requested.

Eligibility for Schools / Organizations
Eligible recipients:
- Provide consistent access to physical activity to kids (does not have to be a structured sports program)
- Serve children located in Delaware, Pennsylvania (Southern Chester County, Delaware County, Philadelphia), or Maryland (Cecil County, Baltimore, Kent County)
Payment will be distributed directly to the sponsor or agency/organization via acceptable payment methods, including but not limited to check, credit card, electronic payment app. Appropriate identification may be requested.
